Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 60 minutes.
The sessions my focus on current or past problems, experiences, thoughts, feelings, or relationships. By sharing your experiences with a trained empathic professional you may gradually come to understand more about yourself and your problems. You can also learn to sort out the real from the unreal and distorted.
